c1950s Lauscha (attrib.) iridescent gold lamp work glass stag with spill vase

This is a superb piece which I believe was made by one of the factories in Lauscha Germany in the 1950s. The iridescent gold lamp work stag stands on a triangular clear glass tubular base in front of a spill vase striped in colours of white yellow orange & lime.
